I graduated with my Bachelors in Biochemistry in 2017 where I focussed on protein structure, chemistry and engineering. Until recently, I worked as a Process Development Scientist in downstream bioprocessing at a CDMO in the North East of England, where I gained an in-depth understanding of biotherapeutic manufacturing, from process establishment and development through to demonstration and GMP manufacture. Now that I have joined BPES, I am really excited to apply, as well as expand, my professional skills in order to deliver a truly excellent service for our customers.

In addition to Science, I am deeply fascinated by other cultures, people and their traditions. I have studied Japanese as a hobby for a couple of years and I absolutely love going outside my comfort zone and traveling to new places. On weekends I “play” golf with friends and one day even hope to find a fairway.
