PSG Biotech Single-Use Precision Pumps meet industry standards for accurate dispensing while delivering high precision and functionality.
- Accurate dosing over a range of flow rates
- Bi-directional capabilities
- Flexible system design
The PSG Biotech single-use diaphragm pumps are fully scalable and available off-the-shelf in a wide range of flow rates and configurations. Suitable for 0.001ml/hour to 25ml/s, this in-line pump comes in 4 different designs that are perfect for precise micro-dosing.
The pump range configurations provide in-pump dilution, valves and mixers on the outlet. No matter what your bioprocessing needs, the full range includes pumps with low pressure and high pressure. The gentle nature of the pump action reduces damage to cells during the pumping process, making this the ideal single-use pump for your process.
Flow rates: 0.001mL/min to 25ml/s

Series 13 Pump
Flow range of 0-600 mL/min.
The Low Flow pump range of disposable pumps produces a flow range of 0-6.3ml/s. The 13mm rotor can have either 2 or 3 cavities which dispense 0.28ml and 0.21ml per cavity respectively. The standard fluid-contacting materials are polypropylene, HDPE and Nitrile. Alternative materials are possible to suit your liquids. The disposable pumps are available in high-pressure and low-pressure configurations along with an in-pump dilution option.
To evaluate the technology and choose the best configuration for your application, evaluation kits consisting of a motor, custom controller, easy-to-use software and step-by-step instructions are available.
