July 2011 - New Product - Optimum Growth 5L Flask
We now have the new Optimum Growth 5L Flasks in stock. Thomson's Optimum Growth Flasks (patented) give excellent growth and have a space saving capability. By using Optimum Growth Flasks, users are able to grow 2.5L of Cell Culture per flask compard to a maximum of 1L in others.

Thomson have recently launched the New 0.2um and 0.45um Filter Vials available in PTFE, PVDF, PES and Nylon. The Thomson Filter Vials are comprised of three parts: Pre-slit cap, plunger filter with the respective membrane, and the outside shell that holds 450ul. BioProcess Engineering now distribute Thomson disposable Ultra Yield Flasks in the UK. The baffled flasks can give a 10 fold increase in oxygenation, and can increase yield significantly. The Ultra Yield Flasks allow for scaleable results from the 125ml, 250ml, and 500ml, up to the 2.5 L.
